Staying in touch is an important part of the support offered by the national Greenhouse team. Having listened to Greenhouse teams across the country about what they would find most helpful, new ways of staying in touch, detailed below, will be trialled.
As well as the twice yearly Facilitators' Gatherings, (which we'd encourage all Enablers and Facilitation teams to join), two different types of optional connection points will also be offered:
- Once every two months there will be an hour-long 'Catch up Call' via Zoom from 1-2pm. Enablers and/or any of their Facilitation team are welcome. Arrive on the call at 1pm (you're welcome to eat your lunch while we chat), bringing a question/challenge that you'd like to discuss. It will be an informal opportunity to chat around those issues, drawing on the wisdom in the room (from both other Facilitators and members of the national team). There's no need to tell us if you're coming or not, just turn up if you'd like to. The link for the Zoom call has been sent by email. If you didn't receive it, please contact us.
- Every other month, a themed 'Learning Space' via Zoom from 1-2.30pm will be offered. Discussion will be based around different areas of running a Greenhouse, again open to anyone in a Facilitation team. The national team will let Facilitators know the theme in advance. To help us with our planning, please let the national team know if you'll be attending, along with any suggestions for things you'd like us to explore in these sessions.
