Dear friends, this message marks my tenth day in my new role as the Greenhouse Lead. While it has been a whirlwind start, with many new faces and lots of information, I am hugely grateful for the warmth of welcome that I have received. I'm also absolutely delighted with the enthusiasm I have observed in so many people for the sharing of the gospel, the hope for the kingdom and the making of new disciples, of which, Greenhouse has played an important part.
As I absorb the energy and wisdom of my colleagues, and the advisors and partners of Greenhouse in these first few weeks, I wanted to use this opportunity to acknowledge that I'm aware that you have already been waiting some time to see what's next for Greenhouse.
While I don't want to make you continue to wait much longer, I will spend a bit of time understanding what's required of the work, and how Greenhouse can continue to help the Church to make new disciples. Once I've grasped things, the next steps will be communicated to you. I'll stay in touch through the newsletter, and will share things as soon as I can.
